Leader + it is an initiative designed to help the agents in rural areas to reflect on the long-term potential of their territories. This initiative focuses mainly on the idea of association and networks for exchanging experiences, encouraging the application of high-quality and original integrated sustainable development strategies.
The implementation of chapter 1 (Support for integrated and pilot territorial rural development strategies, based on a bottom-up approach)is performed through local action groups selected in the light of the rural nature of the territories, their standardisation in physical, economic and social terms, and the integrated and innovative development plans presented.
