Selection of operations based on calls for expressions of interest (Type 3 according to the Document Describing functions and procedures of the Managing Authority and the Certification Authority)

Selection of operations corresponding to Priority areas for technical assistance, executed by public bodies and entities. (Type 4 according to the Document Describing functions and procedures of the Managing Authority and the Certification Authority)

• In accordance with the Document Describing functions and procedures of the Managing Authority and the Certification Authority, the Managing Authority may select for co-funding operations corresponding to Priority areas for technical assistance executed by public bodies and entities that are of interest for the dissemination, programming and assessment of the ERDF. The existence of this funding and the conditions and requirements to access it will be announced to the potential beneficiaries through the DGFC website, which will also provide support for filing and processing the corresponding applications electronically. All of the applications received will be recorded, and the decisions made regarding their acceptance or rejection will be communicated to the applicants.
• The operations selected through this call for expressions of interest shall be those which are solely aimed at carrying out studies, publications, or public events and their dissemination, provided that they are directly related to the ERDF and Cohesion and regional development policies, and whose eligible expenditures were made after 01 January 2016 and had not concluded as of the date the co-funding application was filed. Any proposals which do not take the aforementioned requirements into account shall not be considered.
