The 2014-2020 FEDER Assessment Committee is the main coordination instrument established in the framework of programmes supported by this Fund, with a view to guiding assessment activities, developing assessment capacities and serving as a shared platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices. The following form part of this Committee: the DG for European Funds, the unit responsible for managing the ESF, the Autonomous Communities, the intermediary bodies of the multi-regional Operational Programmes and the European Commission. The Assessment Committee was founded in December 2015 and in principle meets on a yearly basis
