Communication Indicators.
Communication Indicators:
To access both versions of the “Communication indicators” application – the version corresponding to the period 2007-2013 (entitled “Indicators”) and the one relating to the period 2014-2020 (entitled “INFOCO2014”), two accreditations are necessary, the first one for entering the budget administration restricted virtual environment (Office of the Secretary of State for Budgets and Expenditure) and secondly the one used for updating data in the application itself.
Concerning the first accreditation:
Once the link "Indicators" o "INFOCO2014" has been selected on this page, a new page appears on which you will need to accredit your access credentials. If you have already accessed other applications of the Office of the Secretary of State for Budgets and Expenditure (including the Directorate General of European Funds) by electronic certificate (or electronic identity card), in this case you will also need to accredit yourself by electronic certificate (or electronic identity card). If on the other hand you have not accessed other applications of this kind by electronic certificate (or electronic identity card) you can choose to accredit yourself with a user name and password, using the user code and password assigned to you, or by electronic certificate (or electronic identity card).
Concerning the second accreditation:
Once the system has recognised you as authorised user, it will present you with the “Indicators” or “INFOCO2014” application in which you must key in your credentials (for the application itself), going into the application as you have done until now (with the password provided by the Directorate General of European Funds).
Important:
As the new architecture associated with this “Communication indicator” application requires this double accreditation when you have accredited yourself with an electronic certificate (or electronic identity card) (as has been indicated), the certificate (or electronic identity card) must correspond to the person accredited in the application itself.
Access authorisation
If you were not already authorised to access the “Indicators" or "INFOCO2014", applications and want to apply to the Directorate General of Community Funds for authorisation to access these applications, you need to apply for access by filling in the corresponding electronic form
Management of access to the information systems of the Budget Administration, available on the website (virtual office) of the Budget Administration in the section
Application for systems access,so that, in all cases, it will require an electronic certificate (or electronic identity card) of the kind accepted. Using this form, you will apply for access to the “Indicators” application or the “INFOCO2014” application for which the Directorate General of European Funds is responsible for authorisation in all cases.
